Performance Results 2025
In small schools with complex contexts, it is always essential to consider the profile of each individual cohort when analysing data. In some year groups at St Anne's Fulshaw, significant proportions of pupils did not start their educational journey with us, and when considering data, in some classes, one pupil is 'worth' more than 10% of each outcome. Data should be read with caution and is interrogated carefully and sensitively by the school.
EYFS - 10 children
70% of children achieved a good level of development
Year 1 Phonics Screening - 8 pupils
88% of pupils achieved the expected standard
Year 2 Phonics Re-screening - 11 pupils in the cohort
Overall, 91% of the Year 2 cohort have achieved the expected standard in the phonics screening test
Year 4 Multiplication Tables Check - 21 pupils
29% of pupils scored full marks (25/25)
The average score was 20.6
Key Stage Two 2025 - Attainment (Teacher Assessment and Test) – 21 pupils
One pupil was absent for the whole of the testing week and one pupil was absent for the reading and maths tests. These two pupils count for 9.5% of the cohort and are now marked as not achieving the expected standard in our test data, hence the difference in our teacher assessment vs test outcome data. This year's writing assessments were subject to external moderation.

Results are shown as a percentage and may not total 100% because of rounding.
Results are published when the cohort is more than 10 children. When the cohort is less than 10 children, individuals can be identified and the data becomes statistically unreliable.
